Refund policy
At Mercy Collective Co., every order is packed with care and sent with purpose. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags still attached
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges for sizing or defective items within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Final Sale Items All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This also applies to jewelry and other personal accessories for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return Email us at Mercycollectiveco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless your item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as Mercy Collective Co. is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
