Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

  • USPS Ground Advantage — 2-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail — 1-3 business days
  • Free Shipping — on all orders over $100

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the USPS website at usps.com.

Delays Mercy Collective Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at Mercycollectiveco@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Mercy Collective Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
